Scallops au Gratin (Capesante Gratinate)
Instructions
Wash the scallops and open them raw with a Pocket knife, keeping only the valve with the coral.
Apart from preparing a homogeneous mixture with breadcrumbs and grated cheese to which you added the garlic and parsley together and a little oil.
Cover the inside of the scallops with the mixture and bake in the oven already warm to 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Just remove and serve warm Golden.

- 8 scallops
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of grated cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 handful of parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
