Anchovies to silvana
Instructions
Clean the anchovies removing the head and entrails (and even if they are large thorns).
Grease a baking sheet wide and low.
Arrange the anchovies in Pan by alternating a layer of anchovies, one chopped garlic and parsley and a sliced tomato and dusted with breadcrumbs.
Add salt a little each layer.
Bake in hot oven for about an hour.
Must be a little crunchy.
Serve with a drizzle of raw oil and serve.
This dish is very good too.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of fresh anchovies
- 400 g of ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves of finely minced garlic
- 1 bunch of finely chopped parsley
- Integral breadcrumbs
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Unrefined sea salt
