Chapels filled with mushrooms
Instructions
For this preparation takes big enough mushrooms chapels.
Clean the mushrooms, then disconnect the chapels from the stalks and chop them.
Chop also garlic, chives and parsley, and saute the mushrooms and butter for a few minutes.
Add salt and pepper and add the Parmesan cheese and the egg.
Mix well all the ingredients and filled with the mixture the chapels of mushrooms.
Place in a baking dish with olive oil, sprinkle breadcrumbs, a little olive oil and bake in the oven for half an hour.

- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 scallion
- 50 g of parmigiano
- 50 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
