Whim of strawberries
Instructions
Wash the strawberries, remove them and drain picciuolo.
Cut in half the bigger.
Put the butter in a pan and let it melt.
Add the sugar and continue to stir until they begin to Brown.

Add the strawberries sprayed the whole thing with the kirsch and inflamed.
Split the vanilla ice cream into four bowls and pour over the strawberries still blazing.
Sprinkle with almonds cut in fine strips.

- 500 g of strawberries
- 30 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of sugar

- 2 cups of kirsch
