Artichoke aromas
Instructions
Remove the hard leaves with artichokes, stem and thorns; allargarli well and let them soak for a quarter of an hour in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Put and fill them with a mixture of breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic and chopped rosemary leaves, grated cheese and a little ' pepper.
Put them in a pan, standing next to each other, unite even clean stems into small pieces, put on each a little oil and fill the pan with water, letting it cook until the liquid has evaporated.
