Instructions
Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
Arrange them on a baking tray greased with oil and wide.
Wash and dry the already de-boned and open anchovies, dip in lemon juice.
Mix the breadcrumbs, finely chopped garlic and parsley.
Press the anchovies on bread crumbs on both sides, then place them over the potatoes.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
