Artichokes with lemon (2)
Instructions
Prepare the artichokes by removing the toughest outer leaves, and beard by cutting the stem to 4 cm from the flower; then let them for some time immersed in salted water with lemon.
Dry, spread the leaves so as to facilitate cooking, sprinkle the pretzels, pepateli and place them upside down in a pan where you did heat plenty of oil.
Turning them until they cook well then drain thoroughly and serve with a sauce prepared irrorandoli emulsifying the lemon juice, zest (yellow part only), salt and pepper.
