Anchovies in cake
Instructions
Wash the potatoes to remove any Earth that have attacked, then place them in a saucepan covered with Peel in boiling salted water and cook for 40 minutes; then drain and let cool.
Meanwhile clean the anchovies, remove the head and the central spine, wash them and put them to drain on a chopping board slightly inclined.
In a bowl, put a teaspoon of fennel seeds, breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt, a ground pepper and stir.
Generously grease a baking dish with oil and bottom settle all potatoes peeled and sliced, line above the fish well drained and closed.
Spolverizzateli with the fennel and the breadcrumbs, decorate with 2 tablespoons oil and cook in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 18 minutes.
This dish is very good both hot and cold.
