Fennel and artichokes in batter
Instructions
Clean artichokes, fennel and cut into wedges.
Keep artichokes in salted water with lemon; boil the chicken in salted water for 5 minutes.
Prepare the batter: in a bowl diluted the egg with the milk, mixing together flour and a little salt; Let it rest 5 minutes.
In a pan heat plenty of oil then soak up the varciofi and the fennel after having passed into the batter.
Retire it by hand by hand that are cooked and nicely browned, then toss them on a paper towel, add salt and serve.

- 4 artichokes
- 2 fennel
- Abundant of olive oil
- Salt
- For the batter:
- 50 g of flour
- 1 egg
- Little of milk
- Little of salt
