Fried artichokes alla romana
Instructions
Prepare a batter by mixing in a bowl flour, eggs, 2 tablespoons oil, salt and freshly ground pepper.
Meanwhile clean the artichokes by removing all hard leaves, tips and, if there is, the beard.
Cut into wedges and put them in salted water with lemon.
Dry them, put them into the batter and let them flavor, then FRY them in hot oil but not red-hot.

- 4 roman artichokes
- 2 eggs
- 50 G = = 00 Flour
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- White pepper
