Artichokes in pan
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut the stem so that the artichokes can stay straight, extended time and leaves in salted water with lemon juice.
Clean the stems and cut them into 2-3 pieces each.
Drain artichokes, sprinkle the pretzels lightly, pepateli and distributed over the chopped parsley; put them in a pan together with pieces of stalk.
Put at the center of each Artichoke and a bit of garlic, a sprig of mint and a little anchovy paste.
Also the exterior of savory artichokes and stems and sprinkle with olive oil.
Put the pan on the heat and add half a glass of white wine and half a glass of water.
With and cook for about 1 hour.

- 8 artichokes
- 8 sprigs of roman mint
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 2 teaspoons of anchovy paste
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
