Stuffed artichokes (5)
Instructions
Warm up the whole artichokes in water and lemon juice.
Sauté the radicchio and carrots sliced thin and add the Parmesan.
Open the artichokes and fill them with vegetables and cheese.
Pass them in a hot oven for a few minutes.

- 200 g of artichokes
- 1/2 carrot
- 4 leaves red radicchio
- 10 g of parmigiano
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Lemon juice
