Instructions

Put the artichokes in acidulated water without tougher leaves and tender part of the stems.

Peel the potatoes and cut coarsely.

Season crumbled crumb with thyme, parsley, garlic, salt, oil.

Fill the artichokes.

In a saucepan combine potatoes, stuffed artichokes, stems; salted, sprayed with oil and cover almost completely with water.

Cook slowly.
