Baked cardoons
Instructions
Wash away the Thistles and cut into pieces.
In a saucepan, mix the flour into the water 100 cl, combine the lemon juice, a pinch of salt and the Thistles and simmer for about 2 hours and a half.
Drain the cardi and arrange in a baking pan well greased, covered with fontina cheese, cut into strips and place in hot oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of cardi
- 120 g of fontina cheese
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- Olive oil
