Instructions

One uncommon zabaglione, which warms and soothes.

Mounted to foam the yolks with sugar, nutmeg candied and powdered ginger I.

Then heat in a saucepan Lager, rum and cinnamon; remove from heat before the liquid take to boil and add slowly, without ever stopping to mix, the egg foam.

Moderatissimo heat make zabaglione, I always inflate banging with a whisk.

Serve hot in punch glasses.
