Instructions
In a saucepan, sauté in butter 1500 g of sirloin, cut into small squares, with the caveat of stir occasionally; then add a little water, a clove of garlic, finely chopped onions, 3 2 teaspoons salt; Close lid and cook until the onion becomes soft.
Remove meat and onions from pan, leaving the sauce, which will join a quarter of a cup of flour, a cup of dry white wine, 1 teaspoon oregano, half a teaspoon of pepper, 1 cup of strong coffee; stir slowly until the sauce thickens.
Place meat in slow cooker and now onion and let boil at low heat.
