Carrots with cumin
Instructions
Grate the peel of carrots.
Wash and cut into slices.
Peel the garlic and crushing with the cumin and paprika.
Dilute the mixture with 2 tablespoons of water.
Pour into a pan, add the oil and heat for a few moments.
Add 1/2 liter of water, chopped parsley or coriander.
Throw the carrots and let Cook for 45 minutes on moderate heat with the lid.
When carrots are cooked, continue cooking until broth is not consumed, leaving only a little sauce on bottom of pan.
Serve hot as a side dish the carrots.

- 1000 g of small carrots
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 bouquet of parsley (or cilantro)
- 1/2 tablespoon of paprika
- Salt
