Curried carrots
Instructions
Scrub carrots under running water and then cut into pieces in the preferred form.
Heat the oil in a pan and tuffarvele rigirandole for a few minutes.
Add sugar, salt, cumin, curry; stir and stretch with vegetable broth to cover.
Simmer.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 bunch of new carrots
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Vegetable broth
- Unrefined sea salt
