Carrots in marsala sauce
Instructions
Scrub carrots under running water and boil al dente in boiling salted water.
Slice them thin slices.
Wither in the shallot oil, add carrots, Marsala and cover with stock wire leading to cooking (if necessary add more broth).
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- 1 bunch of new carrots
- 1 shallot
- 2 tablespoons of dry marsala wine
- Vegetable broth
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Unrefined sea salt
- Toasted sesame seeds
