Instructions
The first thing to do is to prepare the carrots, then peel them, wash them carefully and emerge them in a pot of boiling salted water.
Let them cook for about 15 minutes on low heat with the lid and when they are cooked, drain.
Meanwhile, in a pan put butter and add carrots that you cook over high heat for a few minutes.
Finally, add the chopped parsley and serve.
