Swordfish carpaccio (2)
Instructions
Put the slices of fish marinated in lemon juice (along with some garlic clove) until it became completely cooked, i.
e.
assume a white (take 2-3 hours).
Drain the juice, remove the garlic cloves, and accomodarle in a serving dish.
Season with salt, ground pepper, olive oil and chopped parsley.
To taste coat everything with a handful of sliced Arugula.

- Some slices of fresh swordfish, cut thin
- Lemons
- Salt
- Garlic
- Ground chilli
- Parsley
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 handful of arugula salad
