Baked pork loin
Instructions
Rub a piece of pork loin of 1000 g of weight with salt, pepper and chopped juniper berries, Sage, Rosemary and a few caraway seeds.
Let it sit and stand for 2-3 hours in a cool place and then put the meat in a baking sheet greased with 6 tablespoons of oil.
Go to the oven already warm to 200 degrees and cook turning often and basting with a little white wine.
When the meat is well browned and soft inside, slice it and wet it with the cooking deglassato with a little white wine.
Serve hot.
