Drunken chestnuts
Instructions
Affect the chestnuts and brief frying in the pan.
Peel and discard the foil.
Arrange them in a soup-tureen.
Soak a clean cloth with wine and use it to cover the chestnuts.
Keep the soup warm for about 30 minutes, remove the cloth and add honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon.
Stir well and serve hot chestnuts.

- 250 g of red wine
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- Cinnamon powder
