Instructions
Clean the Catalonia eliminating outer leaves and toughest, split into 4 parts the stem and cut it into 3 lengthwise.
Wash the area thoroughly.
Bring to the boil a little water how much it just to cover the vegetables, then add salt and Catalonia.
When it is cooked, after about 20-30 minutes, drain briefly, put it in individual dishes and dress with oil and a generous ground pepper.
The whole success of this dish is the oil that you use.
Recommend a new oil, fruity, medium strong hints of artichoke.
