Passed the almonds to the mixer with a little sugar and chop finely; pass through a sieve and, if necessary, repeat the operation until you have a thin almond flour.

Formed with the mixture of balls of 4-5 cm in diameter.
Rotolatele in a mixture of flour and sugar and then soak them on a plate covered with special paper.
Bake in medium oven (180 degrees) for 15 minutes until they are lightly golden.
