Passion fruit crepes with vanilla ice cream

2_17912 PASSION FRUIT CREPES with VANILLA ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 tablespoons condensed milk, passion fruit, 6 3 egg yolks, 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
For the crepes: 125 g flour, 1/2 l of milk, 2 small eggs, 20 g of butter.
Pour the milk in a saucepan; Add the butter and place over heat to gentle flame.
Stir slightly beaten eggs and flour sifted: you will have to obtain a homogeneous liquid.
Remove from heat and let cool in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Cut in two the passion fruit, remove the pulp and pass in a strainer, close-mesh net.
Beat the egg yolks with condensed milk, add the passion fruit puree and cook over Bain-Marie until the cream will become denser.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator to the pancakes.
Lightly grease a non-stick coated pan and pour 2/3 tablespoons of mixture and Brown on both sides for a few minutes; keep it up until you have used all the batter.
Prepare the cups to serve: place 2 crepes a Cup on the other and fold to form a fan; ask yourself over a scoop of ice cream and a spoonful of cream and passion fruit.
