Toasted almonds in the oven for a few minutes; then pounded in a mortar with sugar.
Stir this mixture with the egg whites in order to obtain a dough too hard.
Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with flour by removing that excess.
Put the dough in a syringe and cake formed on the plate of rebar disconnected from each other.
Let stand for 2 hours and then bake in the oven at low heat until they become Golden and dry.
