Instructions

VANILLA and chocolate CUP 2_17936 INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 75 cl of milk, 2 egg yolks, 4 tablespoons sugar, 2/3 tablespoons cocoa powder, a bottle of vanilla cream ready, 100 g of dark chocolate.

In a saucepan pour 60 cl of milk and bring slowly to a boil.

With a whisk whip egg yolks with sugar until foamy.

Add, little by little, stirring constantly cocoa sent down by a strainer.

Add to the warm milk, continuing to work with the whip cream.

Cook fresh focus about 10 minutes, stirring.

Pour the prepared cream in a bowl with the remaining milk, mix carefully heat to fire, then keep aside.

Let cool the two creams, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the cups by alternating layers of vanilla and chocolate cream.

Garnish with grated chocolate and serve.

Alternatively, you can decorate the surface with small meringues.
