Instructions

3_10076 APPLESAUCE, RAISINS and ONION INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 250 g of puff pastry, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 kg sliced onion, a clove, a teaspoon of grated fresh ginger (or 1/2 teaspoon powder), a large spoon of flour, 3 tablespoons of vinegar to X ' rès, 150 g of raisins of CorinthUS 50, chicken stock or nut.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the onion and the clove, stir for not to attack, and let Cook for 15 minutes until they are golden brown.

Add ginger, sprinkle with flour and stir well; squirt with vinegar, add salt and pepper and simmer 10 more minutes.

Preheat oven to 200° c Heat the broth and place the raisins to soak for about 20 minutes; drain and mix with the onions.

Distributed preparing onions and raisins in bottom of a tart mould, then cover with the pastry and bake for 25 minutes.

When cooked, turn and serve.
