Delicious cauliflower
Instructions
Clean cauliflower into florets, lessatelo split it in salted water to a boil for about ten minutes.
Water and de-boned anchovies; pitted olives and cut them in half.
Place 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add the anchovies and let them melt, stirring with a wooden spoon, add the florets of cauliflower and olives.
Add salt, pepper, Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated pecorino passed on the serving dish and serve immediately.
