Instructions
Soak almonds in boiling water, skin them, move to the oven, crush in a mortar and mix the sugar into a bowl.
Beat egg whites and whites a little at a time, gently mixing almonds.
Arrange the diskettes of ostia on a powdered with flour and roll out the dough into oval mounds.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
