Pan fried cauliflower
Instructions
Clean cauliflower, choose the florets with little stem, wash and cook in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes.
Drain and sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a pan melt the butter, add the breadcrumbs and florets of cauliflower.
Mix thoroughly and serve.

- 1 1000 g of cauliflower
- 50 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
