Peel apples and slice them thin enough to made. Place the softened butter with the sugar and lemon peel, add eggs one at a time; Add the milk and the flour with the yeast. Mix well, pour into a baking pan greased with butter and powdered with flour.

Arrange apples in pie rays, drown them a bit. Bake at 180° for about 40-50 minutes, (stick). Sprinkle with icing sugar.
