Dates, prunes and walnuts stuffed with almond paste
Instructions
Chop the almonds with a coffee grinder with sugar, to reduce them into fine powder. Pour the flour into a bowl and add the two egg whites slightly beaten. Add the orange blossom water, glucose and icing sugar.
Mix and knead thoroughly to mix all the ingredients. Keep the dough in the refrigerator, wrapped in a film. To fill it, simply add a few drops of food coloring.

- 200 g peeled almonds
- 50 g peeled almond (or not increasing the amount of sweet ones depending on your taste)
- 250 gr of sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 200 g icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange flower water
- a tablespoon of glucose
- colourants for confectionery (food coloring)
