Knead all ingredients. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk. Let rise for 1 hour then form balls, by drilling in the Center with your finger. Dip in oil not too hot, otherwise they burn. Before serving, pass the Donuts in sugar or spolverarle with icing sugar.
