Nutella tart 2
Instructions
Prepare the pastry ingredients working in the thermomix or a normal robot until a ball of dough. Wrap the cake in transparent paper and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour. Resume and spread it with a rolling pin. Line with this mould and cook in the oven already warm to 180° without filling (in white) for 15 minutes after which it will evaluate the tart out of the oven and replenish with Nutella.
With a bit of shortcrust pastry held by strips of pasta we that we will put on the cake in a decorative manner. Finish cooking for another 15 minutes. Let cool and ... enjoy!
