Tasty baked Belgian Endive
Instructions
Clean the Belgian Endive and remove the leaves, the stem and the bitter part of the core. Falla boil in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes. Get a oval or rectangular baking dish and add the extra virgin olive oil and butter. When the butter has melted, add chopped shallots and foul wilt well.
