Roast pork with Cup onion sauce
Instructions
Wrap the entire Roast with Bacon slices and binds well with kitchen Twine. At the bottom of a baking dish pour two tablespoons of olive oil and butter. Place the roast in a baking dish and cover with the sliced onions and Sage. Let Cook for 30 minutes, then wet with wine and lowers the temperature. Add salt and pepper.
Continue cooking for 1 hour 30 minutes, adding a little water if necessary. After this time remove the meat from the Pan, remove the Sage, blend the onions and serve with sliced roast.
Excellent if accompanied by sautéed Zucchini (as in photo).
