Shrimp and artichoke appetizer
Instructions
Wash and dry parsley and then grind it finely together with the garlic. Thoroughly clean the artichokes and cut into wedges. In a pot put to boil the artichokes with water, vinegar and salt: do you cook for 15 minutes. Leave to cool.
Clean and sneaks the shrimp, boil and cool dicks dicks. Now that the ingredients are cooked available on a plate, put over the shrimp and condisci with olive oil, lemon, salt, parsley and chopped fresh garlic.
