Golden baked potatoes
Instructions
Peel and wash the potatoes; cut them into small pieces, possibly of the same magnitude. Turn on the oven to reach a temperature of 200° C approximately. Pour the oil into a baking dish and, when the oven is at room temperature, leaving its introduction heat the oil until it is hot (about 15 minutes).
Carefully place the potatoes dry in dish; Add salt, pepper and add the Rosemary and juniper berries. Cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes without touching them, then turn them over gently and let them bake for another 15 minutes. When cooked, the potatoes should be well browned and crispy shell, without having absorbed the oil.
