Strudel with apples and pine nuts
Instructions
Turn on the oven and set it to about 200°. Meanwhile heats peels and cut into thin slices, spruzzale apples with some lemon juice, sugar, toasted pine nuts and raisins soaked in a little water (if it is not eaten by children you can soften with a bit of dry type liqueur brandy or cognac), and possibly cinnamon.
Roll out the puff pastry roll now thawed and flatten it slightly with a rolling pin. Put the filling on the edge and roll it up on itself. Close the edges and brush with the melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and bake cooking for 30/35 minutes, obviously posing the strudel on a baking sheet that contains.
After cooking, slice and serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar, accompanied with a little lightly whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, for an enjoyable contrast hot and cold.
