Instructions

Wash and coarsely chop the cabbage.

Heat oil and butter in a pan and sauté the chopped onion, Diced Bacon and garlic.

Combine the cabbage and Apple peeled and thinly sliced.

Add salt, pepper and cook covered pan for about 45 minutes.
