Red cabbage and yoghurt
Instructions
Fry the garlic in oil and butter; as soon as you pull it out and add the Golden cabbage sliced up.
Stir and cook to vivacious warmth by combining anchovy fillets into pieces and vinegar; Add salt, pepper, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the vegetables with the yoghurt, stir and finish cooking without lid.

- 4 anchovy fillets
- 25 g of butter
- 1 clove of garlic

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
