Cabbage in the skillet
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices.
Peel and wash the cabbage, cut into thin strips.
In a pan left melt a knob of butter, lay one layer of potatoes and over one of cabbage, sprinkle with a tablespoon of grated cheese.
Pour the beaten eggs with milk and a pinch of salt, finish with a final layer of potatoes.
Add salt, pepper, spread some butter flakes, close the container very well.
Cook for 1 hour on low heat.

- 1/2 cabbage
- 3 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
- Pepper
