Baked mullet with shrimps
Instructions
Clean, wash, dry the mullet.
Put it in a dish with parsley, bay leaf, Rosemary, peppercorns, vinegar and salt.
Let stand for 2 hours.
Add peeled and boiled shrimp.
Put the grey mullet and shrimps in a buttered aluminum foil.
Sprinkle with oil and close the bag.
Put it in a baking dish.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
