Instructions

Carefully clean the grouper, evisceratela and dry.

Place in an ovenproof dish three tablespoons of olive oil.

Lay the fish salted and peppered inside and out.

Spennellatelo with plenty of oil, sprinkle with a glass of white wine and should be sprayed with the filtered juice of half a lemon to the strainer.

Move the Pan in preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook for a quarter of an hour.

Add two tablespoons of capers and chopped chilli.

Accompanying wines: "classic" Soave DOC Bolgheri DOC Bianco, Nuragus Di Cagliari DOC.
