Fried grouper
Instructions
Wash the fish, drain for about 15 minutes, rinse and dry on absorbent paper and flour it.
Immerse it in beaten egg salted and peppered.
Turn it on both sides and transfer it to a serving dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Press well with your hands, so that the Breading is uniform and then FRY in hot oil until dorarlo.
Serve hot and crispy, with a dash of lemon juice.

- 4 pieces of grouper
- Flour
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 dash of lemon juice
