Brain to apples
Instructions
Wash in cold water the brains to free them from all the blood, remove all the membranes and the filaments and then cook in salted water and vinegar.
In a pan put butter for baking apples, peeled and cut into slices.
After the brains cooked in water, browned them in butter.
Serve your brains out, laying them on top of apples.

- 4 lamb brains
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1000 g of apples
- Butter
