Champagne cup
Instructions
Pour into a Crystal Cup champagne, cognac, rum and curacao.
Stir gently and add sliced bananas, strawberries and raspberries.
Pass the bowl in the refrigerator for 1 hour and then place it in a larger bowl filled with crushed ice.
Serve with a ladle of silver or glass to avoid altering the taste.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 1 bottle of cold champagne brut wine
- 1 dram of cognac
- 1 dram of rum
- 1 tablespoon of curacao
- 2 sliced banana
- 200 g of peel and slice strawberries
- 200 g of whole raspberries
