Instructions
Grind the biscuits, combine margarine, 2 tablespoons sugar and some cinnamon and pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pan, well levelling; then blend the yolks with the rest of the sugar, Philadelphia, lemon juice, flour and cream; Add the whites and pour into baking dish mounted above the layer previously done.
Bake in oven (200 degrees) for about an hour.

- 100 g of rusks
- 120 g of sugar
- 130 g of cream
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 70 == G Margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 punnets of philadelphia cheese light
- Lemon juice
- Cinnamon
